Specializing in regenerative medicine for stroke and spinal cord injury

We strive not only to provide medical treatment, but also to work together with our patients to support their future lifestyles and goals.

Stroke and spinal cord injury are devastating conditions that cause people who were living normal lives to lose essential bodily functions. While immediate treatment is critical, long-term management and prognosis are equally important. The true pain and challenges of these conditions can only be understood by those who have experienced them first hand.

At our hospital, we believe it is our mission to provide this treatment to as many patients as possible. We provide care tailored to each individual, working closely with both patients and their families.

At the same time, we also support our patients in shaping their future lifestyles and achieving their personal goals.

The Neurotech Method

Regenerative Medicine × Advanced Rehabilitation

The central role in regenerative medicine is played by stem cells. Stem cells have the ability to self-renew and differentiate into various types of cells. When tissues are damaged by disease or injury, stem cells can differentiate into new cells and enhance the body's healing power.

Stem Cell Infusion

We extract mesenchymal stem cells from your own bone marrow, culture them to increase their number, and infuse them back into your body to encourage the repair ofdamaged neural networks.

Cytokine Cocktail

We administer Cytokine therapy using Supernatant to provide therapy for the after effects of stroke and spinal cord injury.

Simultaneous Rehab

Our patented treatment providing rehabilitation during stem cell administration. This simultaneous-stimulation maximizes neural connection and functional recovery.

Safety & Clinic Licenses

Regenerative medicine using stem cells is strictly regulated in Japan to ensure treatment validity and safety.

Our clinic is fully licensed to provide its treatments and operates in strict accordance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Stroke treatment using autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells: PB5180011
Spinal cord injury treatment using autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells: Plan number: PB5180022

We hold the vision of 'Making nerve disorders treatment as a matter of course,' and have engaged in the research and development of Neurotech® (regenerative medicine × rehabilitation).

As a neural specialist for over 17 years, I have provided expert rehabilitation for stroke, spinal cord injury, and osteo-joint disorders. At the 'Hakuhōkai Central Hospital' in Amagasaki City, Hyōgo Prefecture, I established the Neurotech outpatient and inpatient services to provide an advanced rehabilitation system.

Currently, many patients who suffer from stroke or spinal cord injury are left with lasting impairments. While medical professionals strive to improve these conditions and help patients regain a positive outlook on life, there is still no definitive cure. However, rather than stopping there, we are committed to further advancing our treatment methods and to providing care that is more accessible, consistent, and convenient for all patients.

Flow of Stem Cell IV Therapy

A step-by-step guide to our regenerative medicine process.

1

Consultation & Screening

We place great importance on the counseling process. A counselor will carefully listen to your current symptoms and condition to determine whether you are suitable for an initial consultation with a physician.

Durnig the screening process we also perform blood test to check for various conditions.

2

Bone Marrow Harvest

Under local anaesthesia, bone marrow fluid is collected from the iliac bone (pelvis). This minimizes burden on the patient.

  • Duration: The procedure takes about 30 minutes.
  • Hospital Admission: Not required. You may return home the same day.
3

Extraction & Culture

Bone marrow–derived stem cells are cultured at our dedicated cell processing center.

All cell culture and processing are conducted in a positive-pressure cleanroom maintained at ISO Class 7 (equivalent to NASA Class 10,000), ensuring the safe and reliable production of cell-based therapeutic products.

  • Duration: Culturing takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
    4

    Safety Testing

Before administration, the cultured stem cells undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they meet our strict standards.

      Tests:
    •  Cell count verification
    • Cell morphology assessment
    • Cell viability assessment
    • Sterility testing*
    • Endotoxin testing
    • Mycoplasma testing (negative confirmation)
    • * Conducted in accordance with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia
    5

    IV Therapy & Simultaneous Rehab

The cultured stem cells are returned to your body via intravenous (IV) infusion (approx. 30 mins).

    • Schedule: Standard protocol involves 3 infusions (Initial infusion, 4 weeks later, followed by a final dose another 4 weeks later.
    • Rehab: We perform simultaneous stimulation rehabilitation during the infusion to maximize neural connection.
    • Optional: Cytokine Nasal Spray & TMS (Magnetic Stimulation) may be used.
    6

    Follow-up

We monitor your progress post treatment to ensure the best possible outcome.

    • Check-up: Physicians conduct follow-ups 6 or 12 months after treatment.
    • Continuity: Depending on progress, we may recommend continuing cytokine spray or rehabilitation.
